Ages as of August 31st of current season   Flag  Flyweight  Mighty Mite  Pee Wee  Midget  Age 4,5,6  7/8/9* 9/10/11*  11/12/13* 13,14   Weight n/a  90   70* 110   90* 135  110* 170 *weights only apply to football players* *Play down rule applies*  *If a player is the specified play down weight and age for lower division, the player may play at the lower division at either Varsity or JV level.  HOWEVER the player MUST be designated as a PLAYDOWN on the initial roster or on the first placement to a team and CANNOT be moved from that team for the duration of the season. The league will allow a weight increase of 1lb. every two weeks, beginning in week 2.  An additional allowance of 5lbs. will be granted for playoffs only if player made their respective weight in week 11.     The same ages apply for cheerleading, although weight limits are not imposed for the cheerleaders.
